The reason for uninstalling this patch: An application that is intalled on
that server with a SQL back-end is time stamping transactions with the wrong
time.
My professional recommendation: is/was not to uninstall the patch and find
the source of the issue.
Vendors recommendation: Uninstall/Re-Install, maybe it will fix the
problem....key word "maybe".
Outcome: After the vendors "Master Developer" did some more digging around,
they have determined it is an issue with the application itself.
Moral of the story: NEVER TRUST YOUR VENDORS!!!!! Do your own research and
testing on none production boxes!
