Kb931836 update

Does anyone know how to get it to install? It makes it about halfway tehn
stops installing. I understand it is forthe daylight savings time changeand I
changed my computer time manually.

Any error messages to be found in the "KB931836.log" file which is
located in the Windows folder?

The latter _may_ be a cause for the unsuccessful installation...
