KB931906 continually installing

Hi,

For the past 2 days I have been receiving Automatic Updates prompts to
install 1 update.

This is for CAPICOM (KB931906). After installing and re-booting, the update
shows again. I have hidden the icon so I do not have to keep seeing this,
but when I close the PC down, the updates are prompted again.

Today the prompt is still being asked - how can I get rid of this and remove
the update from continually being prompted?
