KB933493 problem

I have had automatic updates to my Vista Ultimate, one of which is KB933493
which effects Outlook 2007. I am currently using Outlook which connects to a
business network. Once this update has been installed, Outlook is unable to
connect to the email server. If I remove this update, Outlook connects to
the email server and runs normally.

You're probably not posting in the best newsgroup. Since there has already
been some discussion about this update in Outlook newsgroups I'll try cross-posting
this for you in one. However, since you are connecting to a "business network"
depending on the cause of the symptom an Exchange newsgroup might be
more appropriate. E.g. with further analysis a posssible explanation for the
symptom might be that the server was rejecting requests from an updated
client for some reason. I suspect Outlook would have some diagnostics
which would help test that hypothesis but I'm not familiar with the product.
