KB933729 Nuked Remote Desktop on Server 2003

After an automatic update the other night, I noticed I couldn't remote
desktop to our server. I've tried everything from re-enabling remote
desktop to configuring Terminal Services via Group Policy, and
nothing's worked. I even uninstalled the hotfix hoping that would
work, but alas, it didn't. Any ideas?

I've rebooted it a couple of times, to no avail. I have another
Server 2k3 box that is fine after the patch. It's just this one
box...and I have no idea what the heck is causing it.
