KB934180 failure to install Security update for Office 2003

MS Update tries and fails to automatically install this update. I have
upgraded to Office 2007 and the ond 2003 component I still have installed is
Frontpage (since this was discontinued for 2007 package).
Anyone know how to find out if this update is needed for Frontpage, or if
not why Update is trying to install it and failing?
