KB934238 Failing to install with Error 0x80242006

Hi,

There is currently an error (resulting in error code error code 0x80242006)
with KB934238 that prevents it from successfully installing. The issue
occurs when both .NET Framework 3.0 SP1 and KB934238 are applicable update
for a machine and only KB934238 is selected to be downloaded and installed.
If .NET 3.0 SP1 is installed first and then KB 934238 is installed, the error
does not occur. In order to correct the error, we are temporarily removing
the update from the list of available updates while we are work on a
detection change to KB934238. We will publish this bug fix to the metadata
in March, making the update readily available again.

Except I cannot download .NET Framework 3.0 SP1 even if it is the only one
selected. I get Error Code 0x8020000E, which I cannot find any information
on. I also get the Error Code 0x80242006 no matter what order they are
attempted.

0x80242006 (-2145116154) SUS_E_UH_INVALIDMETADATA
The caller passed an update with invalid metadata to the handler
