Sooo I've read several posts on here about the KB9 situation and have
followed several of the ideas here that others have found helpful (like
uninstalling KB927978...which I don't have...and another which I can't
remember off the top of my head....and then to install KB941833 which was
also a bust because I got an error message). I am at my wits end. To add to
my frustration, when I did one of the suggestive articles, it found that I
needed to install Office XP Service Pack 3....I have VISTA and when I go to
install this "update" it tells me that I need to insert the CD that the
update is on....I need help please....I've tried everything and I cannot seem
to get rid of these updates....I've had it....
