KB936181 Microsoft XML Core Service 4.0 SP1 on VIsta*32 SP1

Today got a Windows update KB936181 on my Vista Home Premium and installed
it. Then it came up again as new update available so i tried again. I now
have 2 of them in my Update history and it wants to intall again. It also
doesn't show up in my Programs and Features. Dont know what to do

or on Windows Update

What's happening is that 'something' is locking msxml4.dll and it can
not be replaced. That 'something' could be printer software [Ex: HP] or
security software.
Best way to rename msxml4.dll is to boot to Safe Mode as the printer
software nor the AV should be interfering then.
