I had been using the wisdom of many in here and been grateful for everyone's
help .. but even what I was doing was not solving this for me. I eventually
ran across this option and after doing it, the problem disappeared. I'd like
to give credit to the person who submitted this wherever I got it, but I
can't remember the site.
He noted that the dll file needed to be registered and to do that just get
to a command prompt and enter this:
C:\windows\system32\regsvr32.exe msxml4.dll
and hit enter. Note the space between exe and msx.
It will tell you if you have registered it successfully, and if so your
msxml4 problem will go away.
