i installed the service pack and upon completion of instulation my system
whould try
to start back up and failed. i then would have to disconect the power and do
a new start up in safe mode. i would like to know if other people have the
same problem. right now i am planing to uninstall this update. any thought's
on this ?

Uninstall SP1 and then either phone, use the chat option, or email MS
from the link above.
