i also have the same prob and i'm also using vista ulti 64 bit

I am getting the same issue but it is for a failed update for windows mail
(not IE7).
Cumulative security update for windows mail for windows vista (KB929123).
I hope someone can provide an answer because these 2 posts are not any help.
