The Windows Update bulletin for KB938127, the VML update fix, says
there are KNOWN ISSUES (problems). It gives the link to learn about
them and how to fix them. But when I go there, there's no information
about any known issues.

Can somebody check this out? Are there Known Issues, or not? If so,
where can I learn about them? If not, why does WU tell me there are
known issues?

Are you running a Vista-based computer that has the locale set to Korean?
If not, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/937905 doesn't apply to you. (The
hotfix covered in 937905 is included in 938127/MS07-050.)

LOL. No No No. But both Windows Update and Automatic Updates told me
I needed it. Why would that be?
