KB938371 Update Error 800B0100

Since May I have been trying to install this update and continue to get the
same error message. I have read the questions and answers in the Discussions
Groups but have not found a solution that works for me. Can someone help me
with the installation? Is this something I really need to install? Thanks
for any help
