KB938979 question (2nd release of this update?)

Has this update KB938979 been rereleased.

I know in August it came out, caused drive spindown, so i uninstalled it.

Now I see it dated as of 9.25.07

Has it been retooled?

Is this done with updates if the original version is problematic, is it
rereleased with the same KB number?

Update 938979 has not been "retooled".

On a fresh install of Vista KB938979 has 9.25.07 next to recommended

Since Vista is not installed here I would never have seen that Jeff.
