Thanks for your help and I have found the file, however...I do not know how
to download it. Which one do I click on? When I get into the download
folder it gives me two different folders (224bcca1bf5d525b3daba81244d21549)
and (f045f26718b8bd5d139a129bc415f677) Then, when I click on both of them I
get the KB941649. When I click on that file, a ton of CRAP pops up like a
manifest document and documents 0-149. Also in the file are a whole bunch of
files bound together with files names: package. What should I do now?
