When I try to install KB941649 windows install for 64-bit OS, I get error
code 80070002. I have tried doing it manually through Microsoft.com and am
still getting the same error message. Any suggestions?

I had the same problem what you can do is manually install it, and thats what
i did. all you have to do is go into c drive > Windows > Software
Distribution > Download. and than double click on it and install it manually,
than run auto update again and it will detect it already installed, and u
should no have further problems.. hope this helps -albert

Thanks for your help and I have found the file, however...I do not know how
to download it. Which one do I click on? When I get into the download
folder it gives me two different folders (224bcca1bf5d525b3daba81244d21549)
and (f045f26718b8bd5d139a129bc415f677) Then, when I click on both of them I
get the KB941649. When I click on that file, a ton of CRAP pops up like a
manifest document and documents 0-149. Also in the file are a whole bunch of
files bound together with files names: package. What should I do now?
