I waited to install 942615 until the XP IE6 crashing issue was able to
be resolved by 946627. After installing 942615 only, running IE6
behaved fine and still is OK.

Windows update does now offer 946627, as it should. Since my system is
acting OK should I install 946627 or not?

I generally take the approach "if it's not broke don't fix it" but in
this case I'm not sure. Kinda thinking the next cumulative IE update
may take care of the issues encountered in 942615 by itself.

Any thoughts?

Thanks...

If IE6 isn't crashing with an error in URLMON.DLL, no, you don't need the
High Priority update 946627. I recommend hiding it for the time being.
