kb942615 won't install, error 80070002

Hi,

On my vista Home premium edition update KB942615 shows all the time error
8007002. Other updates installs without any problem. Downloading the update
file and installation manually also is not working.
I also have try to remove all update servicefiles, but the problem remains.

Disabling the virusscanner (MCafee) did not help.

Has anybody a suggestion?

I'm unable to update windows, have a hard time retrieving mail, don't
understand how to make things right. New to using computer. Don't understand
how to get into areas to fix this problem.
