KB947801 will not install

Successfully installed SP3 on a friend's computer and was then offered 4
more updates.

Three installed OK but the fourth KB947801 (an update for Office 2007)
consistently refuses to install.

Have done a quick search but cannot find anything that specifically
mentions KB947801.

Tip: Insert the Office CD into the appropriate drive before attempting to
install KB947801.
