KB950749 breaks RDP on DMZ servers

We applied KB950749 to two Win 2003 std SP1 servers in our DMZ. After that
we could not RDP to them even though they showed listening on 3389.
Uninstalled the security update and now we can RDP to them no problem. Any
thoughts?
