KB950974 won't install - Error code 80242016

When Windows Auto update attempted to install this on my system i
failed. Since then I have repeatedly tried to install in by downloadin
directly from the WU website and it tells me that this update does no
relate to my OS. It IS a Vista security update and WAU attempted t
install it also. Can anyone advise what might be the cause of this? I d
receive an error code by have been unsuccessful in tracking it down o
WU website. Thanks..........
