KB951847 vs KB953595 & .Net 3.5 Full Package

Ran MBSA 2.1 which flagged .net 3.5 & KB951847 update needed. Used the MBSA
icon which got me to .nefx3.5 (?setup or full package ?) & the following .Net
3.5, SP1& hotfix KB953595 - all from MS installer package prompts. All
installed well & show in add/remove & 'sysroot\windows\' except KB951847.

Rerunning MBSA shows the same net 3.5 & KB951847 as missing & needed.
Reinstalling only repeats the result ie KB951847 never gets installed. I
haven't researched these two KB's yet but something seems amiss here & with
other posts having KB951847 troubles .

By a strange coincidence I just finished installing the .NET 3.5 update
with Family update via the Windows Update site on my "Test" PC.

So I downloaded and installed MBSA and ran it.
NET 3.5 & KB951847 as listed as being installed.
In fact it's listed twice.

Yeah, I didn't notice before but mbsa reports net 3.5sp1 & family blah blah,
& ...847 as both missing & installed but not ...595!! Add/Remove reports net
3.5sp1 & family blah blah, & ...595 as installed but not ...847!
