Accept the Agreement. Then click the Continue button.
Fill in the form. Be sure to include the update KB number in the
'Problem title'
ex: " Cannot install KB953297 "
Provide the edition of Windows and what Service Pack level it's now on,
the .NET Framework(s) installed, and the KB number of the update that
will not install, KB953297.
Then click the Continue button again.
