KB953297

Hi i have a problem with automatic update, i keep geting this text:
The Following updates were not installed:
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 Security Update for Windows
2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, and Windows
Server 2008 R2 (KB953297)
I tried to install it manually and then got a text saying "The feature you
are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable", it also says
that i need to find netfx.msi, which i didnt find when i ran it through my
search engine
What should i do, please help

Accept the Agreement. Then click the Continue button.
Fill in the form. Be sure to include the update KB number in the
'Problem title'
ex: " Cannot install KB953297 "
Provide the edition of Windows and what Service Pack level it's now on,
the .NET Framework(s) installed, and the KB number of the update that
will not install, KB953297.
Then click the Continue button again.

When installing updates using Windows update or Microsoft Update you may
receive Error 0x643 or 0x80070643 (ignore the title)

I'm having the same problem with KB954430. I appreciate the suggestions to
visit MS help/support sites, but they have proven to be useless so far.

KittKatt, had exact same problem today w/same results am awaiting help from
aother forum. Good Luck. PS I have NeTFram 1.1 w/ security update.
