KB954430 update problem

The latest Security update for Microsoft Core Services 4.0 Service Pack
2 is giving me problems. It keeps wanted to install even though it is
already installed and is listed in Add Remove Programs. I tried
rebooting to no effect. Anyone know why this is happening and how to
fix this.
