KB955020 - Why is it so large.

OK, so KB955020 has come out to add 5 words (that most people would not use)
to the windows dictionary thing for spell checking. According to windows
update this is 56.3Mb in size.
How is this possible? what else is in the update that Microsoft are not
telling us about? surely this should be no more than about 100k in size?

The size of the download depends on the state and update status of the
machine in question. If you'd just done a clean install, the machine might
download the full-size file. MS tells us that the average download for
KB955020 is c. 5MB.
