KB955305 Error Code: 0x64C

Update for Microsoft Silverlight 1.0 (KB955305) will not install. Update
History indicates Installation Failure; Error Code: 0x64C but unable to find
a solution.

Suggestion, If your origional version was the beta, that is your problem,
uninstall silverlight and install Silverlight Beta 2.

I am having same issue but I cannot get Silverlight to uninstall. When I go
to Add/Remove programs and try to uninstall, I receive an error message
stating that "The installation source for this product is not available.
Verify that the source exists and that you can access it."

Is there another method of removal?
