KB95690 - Cumulative Security Update for IE7 in Vista

The Oct 14 Updates all load except KB95690.

When I reboot it shows a series of registry updates but hangs at 4434 of
6976 and eventually tells me the Install failed and it is rolling back to a
previous point.

This registry entry ends with /MS Plug-in

I updated all the other updates from that day individually and they work.

Also, at one point I tried to install the IE 8 Beta but it failed to load on
my machine. I'm not sure if this is part of the issue or completely unrelated.

I appreciate any thoughts. I've just disabled that particular update at this
point so it's not a major emergency.

offers no-charge support in getting it installed -
