If you want to test both, uninstall Vista SP2 & reboot twice; uninstall
IE8B2 & reboot twice; create an Image of the machine; reinstall Vista SP2 &
reboot twice; reinstall IE8B2 & reboot twice.
NB: IE8 Release Candidate 1 is expected in early January 2009.
NB: If you (1) install Vista SP2 and then (2) any IE8 beta build, you may
not be able to uninstall Vista SP2 successfully unless you uninstall the IE8
beta build first.
(If Carl Hiaason was at the door, I'd believe you!)
