kb958687 was installed windows xp how do i remove it?

kb958687 was installed on the 1/14 at 3.14 am my internet shows not
responding since this was applied. How do i remove this patch or this code?

There should be an entry for KB958687 in Add/Remove Programs. Did you check?

If something's wrong, MS can't fix it if no one tells them about it.
