KB961260 Security Update for Internet Explorer

KB961260 Security Update for Internet Explorer blocked the use of the
msflxgrd.ocx control (MS Flex Grid Control VB6.0 and earlier) in my
applications. The form with the grid would not load. When I removed the
security update everything was fine.

Is there a way for me to block the Securiyt Update from trying to install in
the future? I have a number of users for this application.

Run Windows Update, select Custom Install, click on the + beside the Active X
Update Rollup' update, and click hide this update. (This is from memory, the
options may not be exact).
If you've done it properly, you will get some warnings.
