kb969856 Keeps Installing

Hi,
My OS is XP Pro 32bit. at the last days the security update for microsoft
virtual pc 2700 (kb969856 ) keeps installing again and again, no error
messages and in my microsoft update report it's ahow a lot of susseful update
for microsoft virtual pc 2700 (kb969856 ) installed.
I will appreciate to get a solution for this.

Are you running WinXP SP2 or SP3?

KB969856 dates from July 2009 and one wonders why it's only be offered to
the computer now? Did you recently have occasion to reinstall WinXP for
whatever reason, be it a Repair Install or a clean install?

VPC 2007 was probably installed recently thus KB969856 was offered.

1. remove the the update using Microsoft clean utility .
2 Rename software distribution folder
3. Try installing manually and check .
