KB971961 with Error code 800B0100

I have Windows Vista-32 bit, I have tried SEVERAL times to install this
important update and keep getting the error code listed above. I have tried
to use the help that is in the Windows Help for this error code, but it still
will not install. Any advice that anyone can give would be great.
