kb972260 gives 80070020

I have a VISTA Premium notebook with sp2. Also McAfee viruscan is installed.
I keep getting 80070020 with the subject kb. No other problems and all
other updates seem clean and installed with no problem.
I have done a "clean boot" via msconfig, turned all off I can of Mcafee
but problem still exists.
I recall reading that removing Mcafee via the "remove programs" is not
sufficient to in fact remove it.
Can anybody tell me if I am on the right path to remove McAfee and try
again or is there something else I am overlooking.
