KB972260 - MS09-034 IE7 SSL Login sites no longer work

This patch on one computer causes ssl site with login to no longer function.
For example an the login for yahoo mail will appear but after clicking login
the site does not load. This happens with other sites as well. Upon
removal of the patch everything is fine. Have tried removing restarting and
manually installing the patch. This machine is running IE7. Anyone else
having the same issue?
