KB975560 refuses to install

I have automatic updates enabled For my XP (Media Center edition) system and
discovered by incident that KB975560 has been left uninstalled since 11
February. The error code is 0x8007F0DA but I find nothing helpful in the
normal MS web resources. Does anybody have any tip to give?

solve it.

Did you see ? - You receive error code 0x8007F0DA when use the Windows
Update Web site or the Microsoft Update Web site to install updates:
