Are you running Vista or Vista SP1 currently? <=just a question, NOT a
recommendation or suggestion!
1. Assuming Vista x86, go to
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...1-D3C416988F87 &
SAVE the download to your desktop.
2. Close all open applications (i.e., anything with a taskbar icon).
3. Right-click on the saved file (#1 above) and select "Run as
Administrator."
4. Reboot.
