Keep getting this damned error: 0x80072EE4 everytime I try to down

What's going on with this? I've tried everything, but nothing seems to be
working!

And it's been a month since my last updates!

Why does it DO this??? Why is Microsoft screwing itself by preventing people
from getting their updates?
