Keep Getting the same Windows Update over and over again

Every day the windows update icon pops up on my computer telling me that
there is a new important update that needs to be installed. It is the same
exact update every single day which is: Security Update for Microsoft XML
Core Services 4.0 8/14/2007. I installed it the first time it popped up. It
popped up the next day and I installed it again. But the same update just
keeps popping up day after day and it won't go away. Does anyone know what's
wrong or how I can get rid of it? Anyone else having this problem? It's been
doing it for months now and it's driving me crazy.

Check for spyware using 2 or more AS programs.

Uninstall the update from the Programs icon in Control Panel. Reboot the
computer. Reinstall the update manually.
