Keep Having to Re-Establish Guest Partnerships

I have Activesync 3.8 installed. Everytime I cradle the Symbol 2800 pocket
PC the message comes up that I first need to establish partnership. I hit
cancel so it defaults to Guest then it connects, but everytime I reconnect I
get the message to establish the partnership again!!

Hi,

Since a partnership is not formed with your PC, you will keep getting the
message to establish a partnership everytime you connect your device. Guest
partnership is seen as a temporary partnership.

Note that while in the guest mode you will not be able to synchronize with
Outlook. You will be able to browse files on the device, add/remove
programs on the device, backup and restore information.

If you wish to synchronize with Outlook and do all of the above, then you
will need to create a partnership. However, if you want to connect the
device to your computer as a Guest always, then refer to
