Keep installing KB892130 No Matter What?

Windows Update keeps forcing me to download 892130 even though I successfully
installed it before. In fact in my history I already installed it
successfully back and forth 5 times already.... It also keeps asking me to
install KB905474 which I did successfully several times already. I tried
wiping out the Software Distribution folder and starting the Win Update from
scratch but still no avail... Here's my ReportingEvents.log:

That's not working even with firewall, antivirus, and antispyware disabled...
Currently I have BITS, Automatic Update, and Event Logging services all
started... Automatic Update and Even Logging is on Automatic Startup while
the BITS is on manual....
