Reboot required message is generated:-
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\WindowsUpdate\AutoUpdate\RebootRequired
If the key exists the message is generated by WU and it fails to work
further causing [Error number: 0x8DDD0007].
Disclaimer: Modifying the registry can cause serious problems that may
require you to reinstall your operating system. Use the information provided
at your own risk.
The solution is to remove the key (the reboot required entry only) so there
would be only
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\WindowsUpdate\AutoUpdate
without the RebootRequired entry.

updates
| and then it asked me to restart. I clicked no because i had to finish some
| work then i restarted it myself later. When i logged back on the yellow

| clicked restart. I logged back on and its still there. What's going on?
