Keeping receiving same update?

For the last week I have been receiving Security Update for Microsoft XML
Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2(KB936181). I've installed this update a few
times now and according to my report it has successfully been done. Yet the
update keeps coming back on my lower task bar to download? Has anyone else
reported this problem? Thank you
