To both of you: I have the same problem a month ago,and microsoft answered
and gave me a solution , I also posted this problem and solution on page 17
or 18 tittled"KB928366 keep on installing for 1 month ",in any case you have
to install WINDOWS INSTALLER CLEAN UP UTILITY from microsoft then use this to
delete the (KB928366) >restart pc>re-install update . Please try to take a
look at the page written above.
