Keeps waking from sleep

When I put my comp to sleep or have it set on power saving power
configuration so it goes to sleep, after a a minute or so of sleep it wakes
up. I cant find what is causing this. Any help would be appreciated.

is mouse (ALL mice attached, even a touchpad) set to "not wake computer up"
from sleep? It's in device manager-->mice-->properties.

is anybody dialing your modem or network acitivity? dont allow those
devices to wake up system
