Kerberos Pre-Authentication errors

I have seen many port regarding a Event ID 675 Pre-Authentication Error
for kerberos but I haven't found any answers.

Eventid 675
service name : krbtgt/<domain>
Pre-Authentication Type 0x0
Failure code :0x19
Client Address: is the win2k8 server

The account in question is a AD account used to authenticate a app to a
SQL server.

The App is on a win2k8 x64 server and the SQL server is a Win2k3 R2 x64
server. The Domain is a Win2k3 native, runing on 3 DC all Win2k3 R2 X64.

Is there a known issues with Server 2008 with these errors ?
