"exec has caused invalid page fault in module kernel 32.dll@017f:bff9dfff"
occurs about 5 mins after signing on to web and after receiving enhanced
downloads from netzero-have tried uninst/reinstall of nz software from web &
disc to no avail.

Contact netzero. This doesn't sound like it has anything to do with the
windows update feature.
