I've recently bought some software,but cant install it properly,due to
KERNEL32 being not found or inaccessible file, i've got windows 98, on my pc,
it is second hand and was reconditioned by a pc shop,so i dont have the
original disc to reboot the system, is there anyway i can download the
KERNEL32, as i'm a complete novice with my computer......can anyone
help...thanks...
