I have an old key board. When I go to mail icon property and point to
shortcut and press Email on key board it show Ctrl+Alt+C. I pressed apply,
and ok and press Email key on key board nothing happened. If I press
Ctrl+Alt+C Email will open. Could I make Email key somehow to work.

You seem to have one of those keyboards with extra buttons. You need to
install a driver for it to work.

Look underneath it and look for the make and model number, and search Google
to see if there are any Vista drivers available for it.

When you have installed the software, there will be some sort of utility for
customising the keys.

This XP driver will most probably work fine with Vista.
