Greetings Natural,
In order for Messenger to connect, it needs to be able to make outgoing connections on port
80 or 1863 and port 443 (all TCP). Normally if you're seeing a key ports problem, either
there's a network problem preventing you from connecting to the Messenger service or you have
a software firewall which is blocking Messenger from connecting to these ports.
Could either be the case in your scenario? If not, it would be helpful to know your
location/setup details.
