Keyboard/keystroke security update? WTF?

This morning I woke up and my keyboard wouldn't work. Noticed there had been
an automatic update. Anyone else experienced this "security" change? It
really irritated me.

i am facing same problem on my network.... computers dont come out of stand
by even after pressing ctrl+alt+del. It just keeps giving beep sound.
